Carolina — Customer Success Manager, Cleanspec
Carolina · Customer success Shenzhen

Carolina owns the period between the first order and the first repeat order. It is the part of a supply relationship where small misunderstandings become expensive: a label in the wrong language, a pallet configured for the wrong dock, a certificate that arrives after the container. She joined the range in 2018 and works with customers in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

What I handle

  • Onboarding: reference list, pack formats, labelling and dock requirements
  • Order tracking from production release to delivery
  • Documentation flow: certificates, packing lists, customs paperwork
  • Deviations and complaints, with a written root cause and corrective action

Background

She came to cleanroom consumables from export logistics, which is why she asks about the receiving dock before she asks about the product. A shipment that arrives correctly specified but cannot be unloaded is still a failed delivery. Her onboarding checklist covers the unglamorous details: pallet height, shrink-wrap, mixed-pallet rules, label language, and who signs for the goods.

Carolina speaks English, Mandarin and Spanish. She runs the complaint log personally and does not close a case until the customer confirms the corrective action has been received. Most cases close within ten working days; the ones that do not are usually waiting on a third party, and she will say which.

Working with me

Tell me what “on time” means for your site — the date the container arrives, the date it clears customs, or the date it is on the shelf. They are three different targets, and we should plan against the one that matters.

For a new account, send the delivery address, the receiving hours and any packaging restriction. I will confirm the first shipment plan in writing and stay on the order until it is booked in.
