Zac is the first reply most customers receive. He handles order entry, stock checks, lead times, shipping documents and sample dispatch from Shenzhen. If you need to know whether a reference is on the shelf, how long a sterile order will take, or where a shipment is, he is the shortest route to the answer.
What I handle
- Order entry and confirmation, including mixed pallets
- Stock availability and indicative lead times
- Shipping documents, commercial invoices and packing lists
- Sample dispatch and courier tracking
Background
Zac joined the range in 2019 and has worked the export desk since. He knows which references move quickly, which sterile lines need to be planned around a sterilisation load, and which destinations routinely need an extra document. That knowledge is why his lead-time answers are ranges with a reason attached, rather than a single optimistic number.
He works in English and Mandarin, and coordinates with the production planner at Huizhou when a date is tight. If a reference is out of stock, he will offer the nearest alternative and the date it can ship — but he will not substitute without written approval from the customer and the technical desk.
Working with me
For an order, send the model numbers, quantities, pack format and required delivery window. If you have a purchase order template, send it once and we will use it. For samples, add the courier account if you have one and the exact receiving address, including the contact number the driver will call.
I answer enquiries in the order they arrive and confirm every order in writing the same working day. If something is going to take longer than the date I gave you, I will tell you as soon as I know, not when the container is due to sail.
