Vicky looks after the accounts that order more than once. Her job is to make the second, fifth and twentieth shipment behave like the first: same construction, same pack count, same paperwork, no conversation required. She has been with the range since 2017 and works mainly with medical device, pharmaceutical and electronics customers in Europe and North America.
What I handle
- Account set-up, reference lists and reorder schedules
- Documentation packs for incoming inspection and audits
- Quarterly reviews of consumption, substitutions and lead times
- Coordination between your purchasing team and our technical desk
Background
Vicky started on the export desk, which is where she learned that most account problems are not product problems. They are pack-count changes nobody flagged, a label that no longer matches the incoming inspection sheet, or a reorder point set against a lead time that has since moved. She now builds a short account file for every customer: the approved references, the pack format, the documentation each site expects and the person who signs the deviation.
She works in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and has handled accounts through ISO 13485 audits, supplier qualification questionnaires and a full sterile line transfer. She is the person who tells you that a reference is being discontinued before you discover it at the reorder point.
Working with me
Send your current reference list, the pack formats you buy and the standard your site audits against. If you have more than one site, say which references are common and which are local — consolidating them is usually the fastest saving in the account.
For new accounts, I will set up a shared reference sheet within two working days and confirm the first three delivery dates in writing. After that, the rhythm is quarterly: consumption, open orders, any change on the production side.
